Send us the scope
A building, a stage, a date. We will tell you whether we can take it, what it costs and what we would need from you.

Useful to include
- The building, and what it is used for
- The RIBA stage you want covered, or the problem you have
- Your programme date
- Whose appointment we would sit under, if you are a consultant or contractor
- Whether output needs to be white-label
- Whether twelve months of metered gas and electricity data exists
Working to a bid or funding deadline? Put the date in the subject line. We prioritise fixed deadlines because they are the ones that cannot move.
Not sure what you need yet? The case studies show the kind of work we take on, and feasibility studies are usually where a decarbonisation project starts.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry.
Before you get in touch
What should a first enquiry include?
The building, the RIBA stage or the problem, the programme date, and whether twelve months of metered energy data exists. For a sub-consultancy enquiry, also tell us whose appointment we would sit under and whether the output needs to be white-label.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one working day, usually sooner. For a defined scope we can often issue a fee proposal the same day.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. An initial discussion and a view on whether your project is realistic costs nothing.
Do you work outside England?
Yes, across the United Kingdom. Note that decarbonisation funding differs between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — Scotland in particular has live capital funding with a March 2027 spend deadline.
