Our Core Services

At Jupiter Engineering, we provide practical, engineering-led consultancy across mechanical and electrical design, heat decarbonisation, heat pump design and building performance. We support both new build and existing buildings, helping clients develop building services solutions that are technically robust, coordinated and realistic to deliver.

Mechanical & Electrical Design

We have provided mechanical and electrical solutions across the following sectors:

  • Commercial offices

  • Education - schools, colleges and universities

  • Retail supermarkets

  • Healthcare - hospitals and surgeries

  • Leisure centres - sports facilities, swimming pools, community centres and libraries

Low Carbon Technologies

We are experienced at using the latest technologies:

  • Heat pumps — air, water and ground source heat pumps

  • Battery storage and load shedding

  • Biomass boilers

  • CHP

  • Solar PV and hot water

  • Fabric first approach, using thermal mass and insulation to reduce energy consumption

Heat Pump & Decarbonisation Expertise

Having worked at a heat pump manufacturer previously, we understand the intricacies of applying heat pumps effectively to new and existing buildings.

Whether it is the latest natural refrigerant heat pumps, or large scale cascade systems, we can develop a solution to meet the needs of the client and the building.

A large percentage of our recent work has been helping clients to decarbonise their estate using Salix PSDS funding routes. We can develop heat decarbonisation plans for LCSF or help guide clients through the PSDS process.
